Luxaflex LiteRise Blinds

Luxaflex LiteRise

These photos show recently installed Luxaflex® blinds operated by their LiteRise® system.

LiteRise® offers total simplicity and ease of use. Pull the bottom bar down to lower the blind and the blind will stay exactly in the position you leave it. Whilst at night that would probably mean lowering the blind fully, through the day the blind can be positioned partially down if desired to give privacy, or to screen the sun as it moves round.

Then to raise the blind simply push the bottom bar up and again the blind will stay in the exact position you leave it.

LiteRise® blinds are therefore child-safe as there is no operating chain and also the absence of a chain means a neater look for your window. This is particularly useful for wider windows with several blinds where the chains for the centre blinds would otherwise be hanging in space.

The photos show LiteRise® Roller Blinds in a bay window and a Duette® Blind in a small window alongside an external door. LiteRise® is also available for Silhouette® and Plissé Shades, Wood and Venetian Blinds.

The Luxaflex.co.uk website has much more information on all the operating options for Luxaflex blinds and lots of useful details on all the various different types of blinds.

One alternative to LiteRise® for Roller Blinds is SoftRaise®. Just pull the bottom bar down to wherever you wish and the blind will stay exactly where you position it. To raise the blind, gently pull and release the bottom bar and the blind will roll up automatically back to the fully raised position. An optional pull cord is available for SoftRaise® roller blinds where the bottom bar is too high to reach.

Whilst the majority of blinds we install are manually operated, Luxaflex also offers automated (ie motorised) blinds. There is lots of information on this at luxaflex.co.uk or please feel free to contact us for advice and pricing.
